International Shipping Costs
Canadian orders will be subject to all applicable duties, fees, and taxes.
Note: No P.O. Box shipping accepted. All orders must include physical shipping address.
A Sales Tax of 7.5% applies to orders shipped to California.
In order for you to be completely satisfied with your order from www.GlamFitJewelry.com , please follow the guidelines regarding our return/exchange policy.
To receive a complete refund of your order, simply return the purchased item in its original package with all its packaging, labels and tags.
If a box, tags, or labels are missing with the returned package, only a store credit will be issued. When shipping a return package, we recommend you to insure the shipped package against any loss or damage, and request a delivery confirmation.
Shipping fees for returns are not refundable and are paid by the customer.
1. To return an item for credit or exchange, you must first request an RA # (Return Authorization #). Please send an e-mail to our customer service department requesting an RA # (info@GlamFitJewelry.com) along with your reason for return. Please write your original order number in your e-mail.
Once the RA # is emailed to you, write it at the top portion of our RA order form included in your ordered shipment. Please include the Return Authorization number on the return address label (included in the package).
2. If the price tag is removed from the item, then the customer will only be eligible for GlamFit credit as long as the item is in its original condition.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, including the product packaging, battery tool, manufacturer's box, and documentation along with proof of purchase.

4. State the reason for your return by check marking the reason on the Return Authorization Form.
5. Securely pack all items you wish to return.
6. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment.
7. Credit will be issued within one billing cycle.
Warranty for US ONLY
Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship 90 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. Only jewelry sold through the GlamFit Jewelry website are subject to the terms of the warranty. Other purchases are to be returned to the store/seller where purchased.
Warranty Service Details
Once your GlamFit device is examined and a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your GlamFit device with the same style device or an equal style of equivalent value based on the purchased price. Please note we are a jewelry company, therefore there is no guarantee that the exact style will be available for replacement. If we are out of stock on your exact style, you will be able to select your replacement. The warranty is void if the device has been damaged by negligence, unauthorized service, accident, or other factors independent of defected materials or workmanship, or if a receipt is not included. All warranty services have a fee of $12.50 for shipping and handling returns that will apply. GlamFit Jewelry will replace pieces if the conditions of this warranty are met.

You may cancel any GlamFit Jewelry order as long as the order status shows “in process.” However, if the Order status shows "shipped", you have to wait until your package arrives, then you will be able to return the purchased item within 30 days of receipt.
Credit Cards Charge Processing: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards Charge Processing: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
At GlamFit Jewelry, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; color and size of items may vary slightly based on each individual's computer performance.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, GlamFit Jewelry states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated gemstone weight.
At GlamFit Jewelry, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing of the final product during manufacturing.
